Please remind the User/Users to :
- Review the NERV Webpage for their responsibilities while they have a vehicle rented under the NERV Program.
- Once the vehicle has been picked up, to please email a copy of the valid Resource Order used to reserve the vehicle to: SM.FS.NERV@usda.gov
- Download a NERV Payment Package for each vehicle (can be found on the Main Page of this website). The user/users are responsible for maintaining the NERV payment Package and e-mailing them to the NERV Program.
