For USFS RX Support: please ensure you are using one of three FAM approved RX support job codes listed in the 2024 billing code/passcode e-mail: IRHF - NFHF - BDBD. Please note, there are no exceptions.

Single resource reservations are for individual resources who are:

  • Responding to an Incident
  • Have a valid resource order
  • Require a heavy-duty truck (3/4-ton and 1-ton) OR require rental and are not self-sufficient.
  • **If not able to say YES to ALL 3 of the lines above, DO NOT USE NERV. Renters must use their agency standard travel reservation system.

  • Regular size trucks, SUV, Van, Car
  • These vehicles may be used on any surface the standard vehicle tires are appropriate.
  • This is a live site and allows reserving of vehicles 24/7.
  • When using this site you will get instant confirmation and no need for a callback from Enterprise.
  • If requiring a 4x4, the renter will have to confirm it with that rental location before picking up the vehicle.
  • Vehicle pick up is determined by branch operation hours.
  • Operation hours are shown on the site when choosing the location to pick up your vehicle.
  • Ensure the reservation is made for a time that is within the operating hours of the branch.

This is not a live site, please keep in mind, this is a request form going to an associate so please allow for the two hour window during business hours to receive a response.

  • For HD truck location and hours, weekdays (and weekend hours *in some locations*) - please see the attachment above.
    • Once the request has been submitted an associate from Enterprise will contact the requester/renter via the contact number/email provided on the form to confirm the reservation.
    • Check with the Enterprise representative to verify that you have the correct location and pick up time for the vehicle.
    • If the requester/renter has not received a call/email back with confirmation of the rental within 2 hours during business hours, ensure they have checked their spam/junk e-mail first. If no call/email has been received, call the Enterprise Support line: 844-665-4702 (Mon - Fri 8:00 - 17:00 CST)
    • Dispatch, please ensure you include your e-mail on the request.
      • On the form the last required entry is for “Overhead Dispatch Center.” This is where you enter the dispatch center’s email address, not the name of your dispatch center.
    • You will receive an automated response confirming you made the request. This is a confirmation of request, not a reservation.
  • The reservation is NOT confirmed until you receive a call or e-mail stating you have a reservation
  • KEEP IN MIND that these vehicles are not available at airports and may be at an offsite truck rental location.
  • 3/4 or 1-Ton 4x4 Pickup w/ off-road use approved tires

Pool Vehicle Reservations are vehicles intended for incident use only.

  • Managed by ground support, dispatch, buying team or local district.
  • Able to be utilized on multiple incidents and operators.
  • Must have a main point of contact who is responsible for the vehicle, its usage and the NERV Payment Cover Sheet.
  • A separate Equipment Resource Order (E#) is required for each vehicle being requested.
  • Once the vehicle has been returned to Enterprise it is the responsibility of the host incident/unit to ensure the NERV Payment over Sheet and all required documents are submitted to NERV.

  • The reservation is NOT confirmed until this has happened.
  • If you have not received a call/email back with confirmation of your rental within 2 hours call the Enterprise Support line: 844-665-4702 (Mon - Fri 8:00 - 17:00 CST)
  • KEEP IN MIND that HD vehicles are not always available at airports and may be at an offsite truck rental location.
  • Truck rental locations are not all available for evening/weekend pick up.
  • Check with the Enterprise representative to verify that you have the correct location and pick up time for the vehicle.
